Life lesson

:The best way to find happiness and contentment in life is to focus on the present moment, not the past or the future.

We tend to overthink. Human beings are made in such a way, the brain always working and constantly shuffles information from the past or for the future. It not only spoils our day, but impacts the quality of life.

By practicing mindfulness and being fully present in the moment, we can appreciate the beauty and wonder of life and let go of the things that don’t serve us.

By doing so, we can find peace and joy in each day, and be grateful for the present moment.
