Aged?
By Simon
What she does? Wearing a saree? She wants to do all this? at this age?
A probable comment to receive from Downers around us, especially when it’s a woman.
Aged 56, severe knee pain, when she needed a cure she chose gym. People must have laughed behind her. She went down to rise up dead lifting, power lifting, she lifted when people questioned – lifting wearing saree? She proved SHE can.. At this age? She proved age is just a number. Her knee pain? Cured!
It’s not what you wear matters it’s what you do and results does the talking.
Here how to get the link to the original article – Google Search – “Chennai woman aged 56 Power lifting”
Want a link? Lazy fellow, go search Yourself! πππ
The end.
Good lesson Simon! No matter the age, or how youβre dressed, important is what you do! And the people that criticize are just envious.
