A Complainer talk.

Hey neighbour, office?

Back to office!

How is the new normal?

What new normal? we work the same way as we always do, and these corporates least bothered about us.

The company is doing their best, don’t be always negative.

Best? like asking employees to go out on field during lockdown?

That’s not fair, but they should be more careful at the office premises.

Like how? Sit together, conduct group meetings?

They still check temperature and pulses?

To figure out corona? when its already spread?

Change the company!

Now that’s a good idea, are you recruiting?

I’m leaving now!

Thanks for reading ๐Ÿ˜‡

  3. I’ve been impressed with how some companies have been very careful with Covid protocols and keeping employees safe, but some employees did have to travel and be more responsible for their own safety (and others’) Most impressive in al of this is how people kept their humor- like you!

  4. Thank you Rebecca ๐Ÿ™‚ Well said ๐Ÿ‘ Businesses must adapt, and some businesses are not taking it seriously, and the consequences are the number of waves we had to see. Have a Good Day ๐Ÿ’

  5. Ha ha Thanks for the compliment โ˜บ๏ธ Some companies, well ๐Ÿ‘ you said it right. It’s only some companies, and I’m amazed how serious that took this pandemic, wish everyone could be like that. ๐Ÿ˜‡ Have a Good Day ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’

  6. Well I am in a job where we can have Work from home for a long long time. The problem with WFH however is not only that employees lose a lot of inter-personal relationships and rapport, but somehow we lose quite a lot of aura and respect that an office goer has.
Plus distractions at home can be sometimes not so easy to counter.
But going outside still has its risks. So well, what can we do- write a bit here and share our experience!
