I’m going to teach you, how to love Yourself. Why is it so important? Is everyone forgot how to love themself? Yes, most of them forgotten already. The entire human race is starting to realise the world is spinning and their brains are not in balance, not caring about their own and their own beings, and guess what, let’s say it short, some have gone crazy already, I want to save others.
For an instance, let me show you a “Joke” that would help you understand it IS a joke and, how most people treat themselves. Sid (The little one) is your heart and You are the Dinosaur okay? don’t curse me, I tried for a better example ,okay, now read the below.
People respond to themselves and their thoughts like this Dinosaur, always says “Grr” to their heart, and what ever it says they say “Grr”.
First of all, listen to your heart, what it says? Focus on the subconscious thoughts. All your thoughts go nowhere but store in your subconscious mind, it desires, seeks your attention. Don’t run away from your wild thoughts, it’s okay to have negative thoughts and thoughts that will push you down to your knees. Don’t run away, don’t ignore, don’t fight with your thoughts to get away from you, it’s not helping.
It’s like having a fight with your girlfriend, or your wife, I am not offending anyone here, I hope. If you don’t have a girlfriend or wife, lucky, and you are lucky if you ARE the wife/girlfriend. When you fight with your wife or girlfriend you cannot run away without addressing the issue, you have to listen to it, listen everything and no excuses, you have to accept it, you have got no options, if you ignore it, if you start to argue, if you fight, you’ll end up losing your

Jokes apart, hope the above example says it very clearly. Listen to yourself, and accept your thoughts, and be kind to yourself and to your thoughts.
Accept things are happening around you and in your head, divert it, take time, write your thoughts down in a paper or watch some positive content that keeps your brain distracted from the toxic thoughts and get some larity to your mind.
Tell yourself nice and kind words and be positive to yourself. Be kind to yourself, no one can listen or understand what is going on in your head, and you are the only person that can help you, change your way of thinking and the way you respond to your thoughts.
This will make you kind to your thoughts and feelings and the more you are positive to yourself, the more the positive world you see ahead, and you start to see a bright life. Peace, Love begins from inside, learn to Love Yourself.
