Life lesson – Vers 30 – Lock down

Find the opportunity in everything,

As everything happens for a reason!

Lockdown:-

There is no such thing happened in our history, to be clear in our living period. Lockdown is because of Covid 19, and it changed the entire world, a great impact on everything! It helped earth to recover, but it made (as on 28May2020) 58lac people sick!

How I look at this?

“If someone says one human cannot change the world, that human should see another human that ate a half baked bat and change the world” – It’s a Joke

I know some of you will read the above statement seriously and give no reaction. So I feel it’s good to mention it’s a joke so that I can have a look at your teeth. I’m sorry if you don’t show that, I know I’m bad at jokes.

I use to wonder why it named as “Novel” Corona. And later I realised the story is really long, and luckily Chinese able to finish reading it first.

You can think why I take this deadly diesease a joke. I’m not taking this as a joke, I’m taking this very seriously, and that’s why I am writing these words to bring some light on your dark time.

Negative Impact

I can write a long list under this title, but I am not doing it, because each one of you reading this knows the impact of novel Covid19. In short I finish this as large number of readers disappointed as they couldn’t read this Novel and a suffering. Lockdown Suffering is a very big pain in terms of economy, daily wages, a meal for a day, and death in hunger and dying alone in Corona. I’m not going to write further about it because it’s disheartening to repeat the bad news again.

Ok! lockdown happened, what did you let it happen to you?

Unexpected thing happen in our life, like lockdown and a big threat to our life by an invisible novel which we can’t read, but what did we let it happen to us?

Lot of bad things happening in this lockdown, I’m just bringing you some good things how it changed people.

If you are a student, parent, jobless, employee, senior citizen, house wife, kid. In this earth, we all have to work hard till our last breath, A student should study, adults should work and earn money and cook and take care of family, everyone have responsibilities. Now if you are that set of population that has everything around and still say lockdown is hell, don’t read further, because you’ll never appreciate this!

Let’s turn the lockdown as an opportunity to spend time with your family and make memories. You all have got skills to discover in this lockdown, one simply cannot spend whole day with phone or tv or family. You can make lovely memories with loved ones, you could explore your skills and think about doing something with that in future, take an example, I could able to write an ebook and publish in a blogging community, like wise you can learn a new language, a new software coding, a new lesson or try something that can help you or develop you, or at least move yourself inside home and clean everything around, don’t stay idle and say I’ve got no time.

Lock down Lessons

Everything happens, and what we let it happen to us? I learned to

  • Keep ourselves neat all the time
  • How to stay away from germs
  • The importance of having nutritious food
  • The importance of staying healthy
  • Importance of being fit
  • The importance of money in hard times,
  • The importance of love, family
  • The importance of using our brain for good.
  • To write a book and publish, to cook, and to make pen art and to write poems.

Don’t comment this as a behaviour of boasting? I don’t mind though, I will take extra pride to say that I know about all the above mentioned points and I am taking it way more seriously now to have a positive future and I’m writing this post instead of sleeping at noon. πŸ₯± Well, I did sleep like 10 mins 😁.

If I missed any important life lessons, do mention it in the comment, half of my post likers, will ignore this phrase and they don’t even comment. Well that’s another life lesson. πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Hope you liked it!

  1. Well is the first time that I have experienced something like this and I must admit it was very ok for me…is not that I usually go out very much in β€œnormal” times though…I stayed home but I still needed to work normal working hours, full day so the only difference was that I did not go to the office…or maybe I’ve avoided the supermarket…which I usually do also in β€œnormal” times as I don’t like it πŸ€ͺ
So good job Simon! You’ve learned a lot of things! We must always see the positive side from every situation! πŸ˜‰

  2. Almost Same here Ribana, I avoid going out or going crowded places all the time, this is kind of usual to me, but been idle for too longπŸ˜‚πŸ˜œ. It’s some basics we usually do, must look like boasting 😜 but I want others to get benefited or learn something from it πŸ™‚ hope it will do πŸ˜‰πŸ‘ sorry for delayed response.☺️

  3. There is no end to learning Nabeela, these are some basic qualities and things to keep us occupied. But in reality we still have to learn more, I have to learn more and I will eventually learnπŸ™‚

  4. Yes, it’s been a good time to learn new things or take old things to a new level and move ahead in better ways.πŸ˜€ More time to do things, like cleaning my place!😜😳 Or writing, trying to paint (sigh, not doing so good yet).πŸ™„πŸ™„ I have seen so many people complain and not even want to try something new.πŸ˜³πŸ™„ Like a family that was complaining all the time because they had to spend so much time together.πŸ˜• What’s with that?πŸ€” Like you said, it’s a good time to make family memories. Great list Simon! Keep up with those things!😁😁

  5. Yes Steve, It’s a good time to learn new stuff, for us the lockdown extended πŸ˜’ till Jun 31st. Too annoying ofcourse πŸ™„ but we can learn a lot, right now I have a lot of learning to do here in my new job, so that’s good for meπŸ˜‡ Let’s make use of this time effectively and useful πŸ˜‰ Have a wonderful evening Steve πŸ€—

  6. Yes, ours has also been extended until the end of June.πŸ˜• Though our government has been thinking of opening our area sooner😳 since there’s not much of the virus happening here now. Still some though. It’s a good time to learn patience!πŸ˜œπŸ™„
Good morning Simon! Hope your day is going well!😁😸🌞

  8. Accidentally dropped it,πŸ˜²πŸ“· now it doesn’t want to focus,😳 so I might need to get a new one.πŸ™„ An extra expense I didn’t need right now.πŸ˜•But these things happen sometimes. Happens a lot to me!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜Ή

  9. Oh that’s something unexpected, you don’t wear a belt to hang the camera on your neckπŸ€” it’s better that way and safe. Hope it won’t cost you much and you can do something about it. Be careful Steve, I know you are πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

  10. Yes, I do have a strap for it and wear it around my neck all the time. But sometimes to get close enough to the flowers I have to take it off and this time for some reason it just slipped out of my hand and smack on the rock!πŸ˜²πŸ“· Sigh. It will cost me about $400 to get a new one,😳 unless I can fix it myself. The cost of getting it fixed is almost as much as buying a new one.πŸ˜³πŸ™„ So why get it fixed?πŸ€”πŸ™„ But I can’t buy it here, I have to order it and it will take a month to get.πŸ˜•πŸ“· Sigh. I do have a camera on my phone so I can use that for flowers, no good for birds though unless they are very close. πŸ€ͺπŸ“·

  11. Oops! That hurt, 400$ is not an easy price πŸ˜’ I’m sure you can fix it, try to google it and understand if you can fix it, then do itπŸ˜‰πŸ‘ If you have decided to buy a new one, no problem to try πŸ˜‰ 😊 but do it cautiously πŸ˜‡
