What is right and what is wrong?π€¨
I was surprised to see a friend having a strong beleif on something because majority of the people voted for it.π
Let me ask you a simple question.π
How many of you Google for something and learned something?
For example, how to tie a shoe lace?
The Google delivers you some 100+ ways on how to tie a shoe lace, and you follow it.
Ever thought about doing it in a different way and show the world, that is also a right way to tie it?
Let me ask you another question.
You know Friedrich Bessel? Don’t read it like French fries vessels π.
He is the man that discovered the light year’s. Ever thought his theory could be simplified and the speed of light he calculated is wrong?
You might ask did I do it in first place?
I was in a conversation about light year theory, and the theory I shared with them is still accepted with that group, but it might be wrong too, if a right person hears that from me π€ he might even insult my creativity π.
What I’m trying to say?
We are a smarter human being and we are killing our intelligence. How? We are studying, good! But studying someone else’s brain, agree?
We forget to use our commonsense and follow the things we learned from our parents and ancestors and their words.
Whatever we think is right, may not be right.
Whatever we think is wrong, might be right.
We should read, we should learn new things, we should learn the culture and religious stuff, we should listen to our parents and ancestors and what next? We should follow them blindly?
Think about it, you can make a better version of that, or you can find something new which they never knew, or they might have been doing it wrongly for centuries, you’ll be amazed to realise that.
We are bunch of superior living being on this planet, make your foot prints talk, Think out of the box and be a creator.
Thanks for reading.
A very important thought, Simon! I think we live in a world where we are all so used to blindly accepting things. We are given facts, and we assume they are right. But even if they are, I think having curiously is a trait only geniuses have. If we start to follow our curiosity, we will be able to see new worlds and possibilities which are normally not visible. They are hidden behind the surface of a normal life, and it takes a curious mind to look beneath the surface and discover this new world.
Thank-you for this profound thought, I hope more of us start to live by it!
