Negativity – Toxic

Dear Readers,

How is your week so far? Hope you all are doing great.

Negativity

Negativity – Lets search what does google says?

“The expression of criticism of or pessimism about something”

Hmm.. Hmm… so what critic and what pessimism

1. Criticism – the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes
2. Pessimism – a tendency to see the worst aspect of things or believe that the worst will happen

For example, consider a baby, A Boy or A Girl. Any one you take a month or 6 month old, they can able to swim if you just help them a little.
Wonder why? they can swim at that early. Because Negativitiy does not exist, they never felt and they never knew what that meant. In the beginning, we all are positively positive. As we grow up, we become one of them.

A baby does not know anything about water. If you teach swimming they can do. Because every living being in this planet can swim, except very few animals like camel. But any living being on this planet can swim.

Now why many adult human drown in water and die. Because the fear the negativity thoughts of water in their head, will let them drown in water. Just like that, our thoughts on this earth are disturbed by negativity.

Why does a negativity comes in to their head?

Negativity is an expression, A baby will grow up with lot of “dont’s”. This can’t be avoided, that expression is been shoved into their head. A kid was taught only negativity most will only have negative thoughts. Yes, i am no exception. I have been taught too. I have been taught with lot of negativity, which is in turn i am breaking the negative barriers one by one. But i still i have a long way to go. Since this expression is been taught to human, if we can erase this word negativity, that would help? Maybe, maybe not. Look what Eminem says “If there’s not drama and negativity in my life, all my songs will be really wack and boring or something.”. It depends on people.

But what negativity does in our head?

“Regret leads to negativity, and negativity kills creativity. – Carol Channing”

It kills their creativity. they will always end up with reasons for not able to doing things they wanted to, but they convince themselves. It is toxic, toxic than you imagine. Never let negativity rule your life.
Take this social media, you have plenty of posts that will take you into depression, negativity of things. World is full of negativity. It is like a path full of hidden thorns. You have to be very careful on what you see and what you take into your head.

I dedicate this to my fellow living being on this earth.

“I am someone who can’t hold on to negativity or hold on to grudges. I might feel something at a certain point, but I get tired after that. I don’t carry it with me. I forgive and forget very easily, and that’s the only way to be happy and peaceful. – Deepika Padukone”

Negativity is to forget, not to keep thinking about it. If you want to lead a happy and peaceful life, forget what bothering you. If you want to embrace who you are, just do it.

I know it is very hard than just words. It depends on people. We all are human and we have our own way of breaking through the walls that we built around us. Break the barriers of negativity, Will you?

Time for glass of Positivity. 😂😂

Thanks for reading!🤗✍️

  1. I think is more easy to be positive and still a lot of people take the “no” side…
I have noticed recently that people like to be “the haters”…
Everything they see on social media or in their daily life, they start with the criticism…is always a “no”…a “why you do like this”…a “look at that”…always negativity and criticism…
    I’m wondering how that people’s life is….
Sure, life is not easy but we must surround ourselves with positivity and happiness as life is short, we need to enjoy it as much as we can 🙂
    Have a great day Simon!

  3. Hey hey hey, i dont like to teach others or to say critisimes, i mean i snot my bussiness, we all are unique and different believes, negativity is toxic, i would never educate children of other people or tell them, that shoes is not maching the dress, unless, someone would ask me if its looks good?
Pesimistic people, they dont have space in my life:D
All the negativity has bigger impact on us than positivity, thats why we have to stay away from it and if we see it, just run fast to your happy place:D hugs

  5. I am pessimism and I criticize myself way too much. I feel like some of it was taught from being bullied by my peers. When I was younger, I admit my mom sometimes said not so nice comments to me.

I think it has become normal these days because of social media and internet. We don’t know what to believe and we constantly compare ourselves to others.

  6. Hey Michelle, These are common things between us, I grew up that way my parents never motivated me on anything, i became a person, anxious, shy, introverted, i criticize myself and blame myself too much. But have you tried motivating yourself in front of mirror? Try it. The more you motivate others and yourself the more positive you wil become. Not 100% but this will help you think differently and makes you more creative, as it is now helping me in some situations, it helped a lot in My career too. It might help you too as this is the beginning of your career… Social media is both good and bad. You take the good ignore the bad and Stay Positive✨ its hard, but dont stop trying it😉 Happy Weekene Michelle🤗✍️

  7. There is way too much negativity around these days, we need to be positive in our lives. I am so thankful I had parents that taught me to be positive, they showed it in their own lives. They would always encourage me in the things I wanted to do in life, with work, hobbies, everything. We should all encourage others and be a positive influence in their lives, just by being positive in our own lives. People will see how much better it is. Sorry I’m so late getting here again Simon! I hope your weekend has been a good one!😃😺🌞
