Isn’t it good to see all the above offers. What more a woman needed?
Corporate gives/does a lot for girls/women. But what are they missing ?
This is only my personal opinion.
You see they have common workplace in office. Cabins designed for men and chairs designed for men. They cant sit and adjust to the same height as men does. They should have a seperate cabin or an unisex kind. This only leads to unnecessary neck or back pain. I see lot of short girls struggle to maintain their posture with the height and chair.
A cabin designed for pregnant woman with or a room for them to do all the stretches during their pregnancy period.
This is an another kind of barrier. Women have to adjust themselves. Why?
So called “CORPORATE” can “INCORPORATE” if they really bothered about their employees.
